Terms of Service

By tendering a shipment to PrimeRoute Express you accept these terms, our published tariffs and any applicable international conventions.

Transit estimates are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed where customs inspection, weather or force majeure events intervene.

Prohibited items include currency, hazardous materials, perishables without prior approval, counterfeit goods and any item restricted by origin or destination law.

Liability is limited to the declared value of the consignment unless additional cover is purchased before dispatch.

Claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the scheduled delivery date.
